One to One Tuition (scroll down for group workshops)
I love nothing more than to teach one-to-one or small numbers of students. You are invited to spend the day at my home in Brighton, healthy lunch provided, and share my knowledge and experience of over 20 years of specialism in reflexology. Find a fellow student and come together! As a teacher qualified in Secondary and Further Education since
1972 I understand the concerns of adults in a learning situation - no need to fear, I won't bombard you with theory and our day will be mostly practical and a lot of fun!
Come and see me if you are lacking in confidence, wish to develop your existing skills, need a refresher or want to learn some new techniques. The day will be tailored to your needs. We will exchange treatments and I can often persuade my clients to drop in (if appropriate) as "practice feet".
Alternatively, book hourly sessions or half a day. With a minimum of 5 hours tuition you will receive a Certificate of Continuing Professional Development.
Select from the following: Traditional Techniques, Zone Therapy, Advanced Reflexology Methods, Hand Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology or Theta Reflex. I can show you Metamorphic Technique to pass on. See individual pages for more details.
Hours: 10am to 4.30pm (flexible)
Days: Not Sunday or Monday; other days by arrangement
Book: 2 weeks in advance minimum unless I have a cancellation
Fees: Currently £100 per day per person, or £18 per hour
Day rate includes station pick-up and drop off and lunch
Group Workshops and Seminars:
Colleges and Associations standard rates and expenses; private workshop fees by negotiation, Sussex venues usually a minimum of 10 people @ £85 per student.
Further afield I charge £100 per student per day and I am willing to pay my own expenses if they appear to be reasonable; alternatively I will cover the cost of the room hire depending on numbers attending. Telephone 01273 623577 to discuss your best option.
Beginners
I have just started "tasters" for people thinking about training in reflexology. Come for half a day or a whole day, have a treatment, observe a treatment, have a go yourself and find out what a good reflexology practitioner's training course will cover in theory and practical instruction
